The day we got back from our conference in Branson is the very same day we left to start our sectional tour with the rest of the district leaders in AZ. We arrived in Phoenix around 2pm, drove home, unpacked, washed clothes, re-packed, & hit the road to travel to Northern Arizona. On sectional tour, we have a meeting with all of the pastors in each section, and we have lunch with them after the meeting. This is where we really get to know the pastors of the state if we have not met them already. It is definitely beneficial for Griffin & I to be there since we have just started this job and don’t know many pastors yet.
I feel very blessed that I can travel with my husband right now. It’s been so much fun exploring the beautiful state of Arizona. I obviously have been taking thousands of photos of the scenery with both my Canon & my iPhone. We are a little more than halfway done with our tour, so these photos are only the beginning of what we have seen.
If you ever come to Arizona, please visit Northern AZ… it’s beautiful!
Most of the photos above are in or near Pinetop, AZ. It’s a cute little town with lots of pines & a wonderful restaurant called Salt. Please go there if you get the chance.
Since I have not yet been to the Grand Canyon, I have labeled these photos my “Mini Grand Canyon.” The correct name is actually the Salt River Canyon. Seriously an awesome place to take photos and to drive through.
The rest of these photos are random photos throughout our drive or at our hotels.
I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I do!
